Founders of Paul Hastings Leverage Finance Practice Depart

Two partners who launched Paul Hastings’ leverage finance practice have left the firm, a spokeswoman confirmed.

Rich Farley, who joined from Cahill Gordon & Reindel in June 2011, has joined Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel in New York.

Meanwhile, Mike Michetti, who joined Paul Hastings a month after Farley in 2011 — also from Cahill — could not be found on the firm’s website and an attempt to reach him via cell phone was unsuccessful.
