Thomas P. O’Brien has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder with the the white collar defense and investigations and litigation practices in Los Angeles, the firm said Wednesday.
O’Brien, who joins from Ellis George Cipollone O’Brien LLP, previously served as US attorney for the Central District of California, according to Greenberg Traurig.
He will advise clients on government investigations and prosecutions, said the firm.
