Jenner & Block LLP announced Sept. 9 that Neil Barofsky, a former federal prosecutor who served as special inspector general of the Troubled Asset Relief Program, has become a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department.
In a release, the firm said Barofsky will be based in its New York office, where he will be a member of the firm’s practice groups in White Collar Defense and Investigations; Securities Litigation and Enforcement; and Government Controversies and Public Policy Litigation.
