Stephen Gruendel has joined Paul Hastings as a partner in the global finance practice in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Gruendel advises institutional investors, investment banks, and commercial banks on matters relating to private credit, syndicated lending, and high-yield bond offerings, according to Paul Hastings.
He joins from Shearman & Sterling.
