Paul Kisslinger has joined Lewis Brisbois as chair of the SEC enforcement and litigation practice in Washington, the law firm said Wednesday.
Kisslinger joins from the enforcement division of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, where he was assistant chief litigation counsel, said Lewis Brisbois.
While serving at the SEC, he investigated and tried enforcement matters involving corporate governance, public accounting and auditing standards, market manipulation, and insider trading, according to the firm.
