Chris Thomas, Ann Lee, and Samantha Wolfe have joined Holland & Hart as partners in the immigration practice, the firm said Monday.
Thomas, an advisor to corporate executives, boards, and talent managers, helps clients facing government investigations or audits navigate potential areas of exposure, according to Holland & Hart.
Lee helps clients find the right talent for business functions through employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas, said the firm. Wolfe handles non-immigrant employment visa petitions as well as PERM Certifications and petitions for employer-sponsored immigrant visas.
The trio joins from the Denver office of Ogletree Deakins.
