Former New Jersey Acting US Attorney Joins Sills Cummis & Gross

Vikas Khanna, former acting US Attorney for in New Jersey, joined Sills Cummis & Gross as chair of its white collar practice group in Newark, the firm announced Monday.

Khanna focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense and advising corporations, boards, executives, governmental leaders, and individuals who face government investigations, regulatory scrutiny, or complex litigation. He led investigations and prosecutions involving corporate fraud, securities violations, health care fraud, and other complex matters, the firm said.
