William F. Dolan has joined FisherBroyles as a partner in the litigation practice in Chicago, the firm said Monday.
William, who previously practiced at Jones Day, focuses on antitrust litigation, labor and employment disputes, corporate valuation disputes, consumer class actions, and corporate governance matters, according to FisherBroyles.
His clients include drug and chemical companies, copyright, trade secret, and trademark owners, employers, and restaurant groups, said the firm.
