Josh Goodman has joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.
Goodman joins from the Federal Trade Commission, where he served as deputy assistant director of the mergers, according to Morgan Lewis.
He will focus on merger review and government investigations, antitrust litigation, and counseling, said the firm.
