Justin P. Murphy has joined BakerHostetler as a partner in the litigation practice group and member of the antitrust and competition team in the Washington office, the firm said Tuesday.
Murphy will lead the cartel and government antitrust investigations task force, according to BakerHostetler. He counsels corporate and individual clients involved in the government enforcement of antitrust and fraud matters as well as white collar criminal and related civil matters.
He previously served as a trial attorney for the Justice Department’s criminal antitrust division where he investigated procurement fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud, and obstruction matters.
