Nola Heller has joined Milbank as the new co-head of the white collar defense and investigations practice in its New York office, the firm said Thursday.
Heller was formerly an assistant US attorney in the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, where she led the violent and organized crime unit and the general crimes unit, the firm said.
She has served as lead counsel on behalf of global financial institutions and multinational companies in criminal and regulatory enforcement matters as well as appeared before federal and state regulators such as the Federal Reserve, according to Milbank.
