Philip Desjardins has rejoined Arnold & Porter as a partner in the life sciences and healthcare regulatory practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.
Desjardins is the former associate director for policy at the Food and Drug Administration Center for Devices and Radiological Health. He helped the FDA develop policies governing medical devices in relation to legislation, regulations, and enforcement actions, according to Arnold & Porter.
Desjardins was also vice president of global regulatory affairs at Johnson & Johnson, said the firm.
