Tarsha A. Phillibert has joined Duane Morris as a partner in the trial practice group in its Washington, D.C., office, the firm said Thursday.
Phillibert previously served as a trial attorney at the Department of Justice, criminal division, fraud section, according to Duane Morris.
While at the DOJ, Phillibert investigated and prosecuted international white-collar matters, including violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, money laundering, and wire fraud, said the firm.
