Former DOJ Prosecutor Marc Krickbaum Returns to Winston & Strawn

Marc Krickbaum has rejoined Winston & Strawn as a partner in the firm’s litigation department in Chicago, the firm said Monday.

Krickbaum, a member of Winston’s government investigations, enforcement and compliance practice, most recently served as deputy special counsel under special counsel Robert Hur with the US Justice Department. He previously served as the US Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa, according to Winston.

He has represented public and private companies, corporate officers, and other in white collar criminal and regulatory matters, government and internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation, the firm said.
