This week, the 75-lawyer Liner law firm in Los Angeles, announced it had enticed 10 lawyers into its fold from Dickstein Shapiro’s insurance coverage practice group led by Kirk Pasich.
It would appear to mark another blow for Dickstein Shapiro, which has declined from 400 lawyers to about 200 in the past five years.
In a brief interview, Pasich said his decision to leave Dickstein was not driven by any concerns about the firm’s future.
