A former University of Denver law student failed to convince the Tenth Circuit to reverse rulings against him in his disability bias lawsuit against the school and the Denver District Attorney’s Office.
Ethan West-Helmle didn’t suffer any due process violation because his “conclusory” allegations that the district court judge was biased against him are insufficient to require recusal, the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit said in an unpublished opinion.
