Joshua Pond has joined Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe as a partner in the intellectual property litigation practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Tuesday.
Pond joins from Crowell & Moring, where he was co-leader of the firm’s ITC 337 litigation practice, according to Orrick.
He has experience with contested patent, copyright infringement, trademark, and trade secret theft matters, said the firm.
