James Ferrara has joined Hinshaw & Culbertson as a partner in the business litigation practice in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., the firm said Wednesday.
Ferrara concentrates his practice on business and commercial litigation, including construction, contracts, shareholder disputes and closely-held business litigation, and insurance, according to Hinshaw & Culbertson.
He previously served as a circuit court judge in Florida’s 15th Judicial Circuit for Palm Beach County, said the firm.
