Former Assistant US Attorney Chung Rejoins Winston & Strawn

Ashley Chung joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in its appellate & critical motions practice in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.

Chung supervised the criminal appellate section at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois, where she authored dozens of Seventh Circuit briefs and argued multiple appeals. She prosecuted more than 50 cases, including public corruption, financial fraud, money laundering, child exploitation, and violent crime matters, the firm said.

She joins from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois.
