Benjamin Allen has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the litigation section and will practice from the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, the firm said Monday.
Allen, who served as assistant general counsel for the National Transportation Safety Board, will also be a member of the firm’s transportation and infrastructure industry sector group, according to Holland & Knight.
He has experience handling on-scene crisis coordination with federal, state and local authorities, and private companies, said the firm.
