Jeffrey Rosen has returned to his first government role since serving as acting attorney general under President Donald Trump.
Rosen re-joined the Administrative Conference of the United States, an independent agency that advises the public and private sectors on improving regulatory procedures, according to a statement from the body. He also served with the organization from 2013 to 2017.
“My past experience with ACUS was very positive, and I have a continuing interest in working to improve the functioning of government, so I was pleased to be appointed again,” Rosen said in an email to Bloomberg Law.
