Shannon Goff Kukulka joined Foley & Lardner as a partner in its executive benefits & employee compensation practice group in Nashville, the firm announced Thursday.
Kukulka represents companies across health care, manufacturing, financial services, insurance brokerage, automotive, retail, and hospitality on benefits and compensation issues in day-to-day operations and corporate transactions. She advises on qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, health and welfare arrangements, equity-based compensation programs, and benefits matters in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and restructurings, the firm said.
She joins from Holland & Knight.
