Jen Cafferty Patton was promoted to chief operating officer at Foley & Lardner, the firm announced Wednesday.
Patton, who previously was the firm’s chief talent officer, will be responsible for the leadership and strategic oversight of administrative and operational functions, the firm said.
Rebecca Bradley will assume the role of chief talent officer.
