Foley Opens Nashville Office With Partners From Holland & Knight

Jesse Neil, Brent Bowman, and Jon Gaston joined Foley & Lardner as partners in its health-care and life sciences and manufacturing practices in its new Nashville office, the firm announced Monday.

Neil, Bowman, and Gaston advise clients on regulatory, transactional, and tax issues. Their practices focus on advising for-profit and nonprofit clients on formation and compliance matters, including health-care operations, public policy, tax-exempt law, and corporate transactions, the firm said.

They represent health-care systems, hospitals, providers, educational institutions, and trade associations on public hospital conversions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, governance issues, joint ventures, and transactional endeavors, the firm said. ...
