Jim Miles has joined Foley & Lardner in its health care practice in Denver, Colo., the firm announced Tuesday.
Miles represents health care organizations, health care professionals, and private equity firms with commercial transactions, according to Foley & Lardner.
He also advises health care providers facing government investigations.
Miles joins from Greenberg Traurig.
