Kay Gordon has joined the Foley & Lardner as a partner in the New York office in its fund formation and investment management practice group, the firm said Wednesday.
Gordon counsels clients on the formation and management of private equity funds, real estate funds, funds-of-funds, hedge funds, credit funds, and venture funds, according to Foley & Lardner. She advises clients on securities and regulatory matters as well as financial instruments and transactions.
She served as a partner and co-head of the the investment management group at Nelson Mullins LLP.
