Jason Levine and Teresa Taylor joined Foley & Lardner as litigation department partners in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Wednesday.
Levine, who most recently worked for litigation funder Omni Bridgeway, joins Foley’s antitrust and competition practice group. He represents large companies across a range of sectors in antitrust class actions and competitor suits, the firm said.
Taylor, previously a partner at Taft Stettinius & Hollister, will work in Foley’s government enforcement defense and investigations practice group. She advises on trade sanctions and export controls and defends executives, corporations, and their owners in investigations involving regulatory bodies, according to the firm. ...
