Kevin Burke has joined Foley & Lardner as a partner in the securities enforcement and litigation practice group in New York, the firm said Monday.
Burke represents clients in corporate governance matters, internal and government investigations, and complex litigation relating to fiduciary duty, professional liability, securities and regulation, competition, and employment law, according to Foley & Lardner.
He has represented accounting firms and litigated complex commercial and securities law cases, Foley & Lardner said.
