Matt Caplan joined Foley & Lardner as a partner in its commercial litigation practice group in San Francisco, the firm announced today.
Caplan focuses on trade secrets, class actions, health care, and general commercial litigation. He regularly represents technology and health-care companies, including emerging innovators, in disputes from trial through appeal, the firm said.
