Foley & Lardner Adds Sanchez as Securities Enforcement Partner

Jose Sanchez joined Foley & Lardner as a partner in its securities enforcement and litigation practice group in Los Angeles, the firm announced Monday.

Sanchez works with high-stakes litigation, government investigations, crisis management, and compliance challenges, the firm said. He has defended US and international accounting firms, audit professionals, public companies, investment firms, and other regulated entities in enforcement and regulatory investigations before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, the Justice Department, state boards of accountancy, and other regulators.

He joins from Deloitte, where he was Americas lead counsel and senior managing director.
