Ruben Diaz and Federico Goudie have joined Foley & Lardner in the transactions and finance practice groups, respectively, in the Miami office, the firm said Monday.
Diaz has experience advising on cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate finance, according to Foley & Lardner.
Goudie advises financial institutions, corporations, and sovereigns in capital markets transactions and structured and trade financings, project financings, and derivative transactions, Foley & Lardner said.
