Nick O’Keefe has joined Foley & Lardner as a partner with the transactions practice group and innovative technology and health care and life sciences sectors in Silicon Valley, Calif., the firm said Monday.
O’Keefe, who joins from Arnold & Porter, has experience with M&A and corporate and securities law, particularly buy-side and sell-side work and takeover defense, according to Foley.
He has worked with companies and investment funds across the technology, tech services, fintech, health care, and life sciences industries, Foley said.
