Jeff Symons has joined Foley & Lardner as an M&A partner in the transactions practice in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Symons concentrates his practice on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, equity investments, restructurings, related-party transactions, and corporate finance, according to Foley & Lardner.
His transactions practice spans the energy, health care and life sciences, innovative technology, and manufacturing sectors, said the firm.
