Melanie Bartlett joined Foley Hoag as a partner in its tax practice in Denver, the firm announced Tuesday.
Bartlett represents nonprofit organizations, handling mergers, governing board compliance standards, and advising on expansions into new mission-aligned activities. She also drafts partnership and LLC agreements, structures organizational arrangements, and provides strategic transactional tax planning, the firm said.
