Ben Howe joined Foley Hoag as a partner in its emerging company and venture capital practice group in Boston, the firm announced Monday.
His practice focuses on representing innovators leveraging AI-driven technologies, the firm said. He advises technology companies and venture capital investors. In addition to counseling clients on transactions ranging from early seed financings to large pre-IPO equity rounds, he also advises clients on buy-side and sell-side merges and acquisitions transactions, with a focus on the sale and acquisition of venture-backed companies.
