John Lanza has joined Foley Hoag as a partner in the intellectual property department and technology industry group in Boston, Mass., the firm said Monday.
Lanza provides counsel on acquiring, transferring, and protecting intellectual property rights for enterprise software, semiconductor, and advertising technology companies, according to Foley Hoag.
He joins from Foley & Lardner.
