Rose Standifer and Allie Clark have joined Foley Hoag as partners with the emerging company and venture capital practice group in Denver, Colo., the firm said Wednesday.
Standifer advises emerging companies on company formation, venture capital investments, technology licenses, and exit considerations. Clark has served as outside general counsel for biomedical and pharmaceutical technology, software, climate and energy, and consumer products companies, according to Foley Hoag.
The partners are joined by Marc Graboyes as a counsel and Zack Mueller as an associate. The team arrives at Foley Hoag from Sage Law Group.
