Foley Hoag hired Jay Reilly as a partner in its Boston and Washington, DC, offices, the firm said Monday.
Reilly, who joins from Saul Ewing, previously held in-house roles at pharmaceutical and technology consulting companies, according to Foley Hoag. He represents biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostic, and digital health companies in licensing and collaboration agreements, venture financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
