Edo Banach joined Foley Hoag as a partner in its healthcare department in Washington, DC, the firm announced Monday.
Banach counsels clients in the post-acute and long-term care sectors on legal, regulatory and policy matters, including special needs plans, program of all-inclusive care for the elderly, and home and community based services. He advises on regulatory matters at the state and federal levels, including fraud and abuse matters, HIPAA, privacy and consent, and administrative appeals, the firm said.
He was most recently a partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, according to his LinkedIn profile.
