Foley Hoag Adds Grygiel, McNamee as Media Partners in New York

Michael Grygiel and Kelly McNamee joined Foley Hoag as partners in its First Amendment and media practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Grygiel and McNamee represent media organizations, entertainment companies, publishers, authors, and content creators in First Amendment matters. They defend against defamation claims, invasion of privacy suits, and copyright and Lanham Act matters, and help journalists and news organizations acquire information through public access litigation, the firm said.
