Foley Hoag Adds Former DOJ Prosecutor David Lazarus as Partner

David Lazarus joined Foley Hoag as a partner in its white collar crime and government investigations practice in Boston, the firm announced Tuesday.

Lazarus represents companies and senior executives in False Claims Act matters and other white collar litigation, with a focus in the health-care sector, the firm said. He also conducts internal investigations and provides compliance and regulatory advice.

He joins from Verrill.
