Foley & Lardner advised SixSibs Capital on its minority growth equity investment in Green Light Distribution, a Dallas-based distributor of small midsize wine and craft spirits brands.
No financial details were disclosed for the transaction.
Founded in 2019, Green Light says it distributes craft brands often overlooked by national distributors. It has a team of 60-plus sales people, five locations, and 240,000 square feet of warehouse space across Texas.
SixSibs, a family-owned private investment company based in Milwaukee, says it focuses on buy-and-hold investment opportunities.
