Gustavo Resendiz has joined Foley & Lardner as a partner in the fund formation and investment management practice in Boston, the firm said Monday.
Resendiz, who joins from Choate Hall & Stewart, previously practiced at Foley in 2016.
He represents private fund sponsors in the formation of domestic and international private investment funds, specifically in private equity, growth equity, venture capital, and funds-of-funds, said Foley & Lardner. He also counsels private fund sponsors on the fund formation process.
Senior associate Robert Linnoila joins alongside Resendiz.
