Foley Brings on Kirkland Capital Markets Partner Sinclair

Ashley Sinclair rejoined Foley & Lardner as a partner in its transactions practice group in Chicago, the firm announced Wednesday.

Sinclair returns to the firm, where she previously worked as an associate, after more than five years at Kirkland. She advises public and private companies and financial sponsors on capital markets and complex corporate transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary and follow on equity offerings, debt offerings, and liability management transactions, Foley said.
