Joe Bernardi has joined Foley & Lardner as a partner with the innovative technology section and private equity and M&A practices in Boston, the firm said Wednesday.
Bernardi represents private equity firms and public and private companies in business transactions with a focus on technology, according to Foley. His experience includes the middle market in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, distressed acquisitions and recapitalizations, and continuation fund transactions.
He joins from Goodwin Procter.
