Florida’s new ban on strippers and other workers under age 21 at adult entertainment businesses violates the First Amendment and due process rights of the employers and performers, challengers said in a federal lawsuit.

A pair of strip clubs, an adult-oriented retail store, and a 19-year-old who recently lost her job as a nude dancer challenged the law as unconstitutional and asked the court to block the state from enforcing it.
