John Coogan has joined FisherBroyles as a partner, the firm said Thursday.
Coogan, who joins from Ballard Spahr, focuses on M&A, securities, private equity, corporate governance, and health and pharmacy law, according to FisherBroyles.
He advises publicly held and private companies as well as investment firms and works with the technology, healthcare, business services, energy, and consumer products sectors, FisherBroyles said.
