James Lin has joined FisherBroyles as a partner with the litigation practice in Palo Alto, Calif., the firm said Monday.
Lin works on patent litigation and licensing with experience in licensing and settlement negotiations, pre-suit investigations, pleading stages, fact discovery, claim construction proceedings, and infringement and invalidity contentions, according to FisherBroyles.
He previously practiced at TechKnowledge Law Group as well as Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe and Fenwick & West.
