Fisher Phillips Taps Geoffrey Forney as Litigation Partner

Geoffrey Forney joined Fisher Phillips as a partner in Portland, Maine, the firm announced Monday.

Forney’s practice focuses on employee benefits litigation under ERISA and administrative law litigation under the Immigration and Nationality Act, the firm said.

He joins from the Labor Department’s Office of the Solicitor, where he was a trial attorney.
