Fisher Phillips Taps Emily Harbison as Regional Managing Partner

Emily Harbison joined Fisher Phillips as regional managing partner in Houston, the firm announced Monday.

Harbison represents employers in high-stakes litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour disputes. Her practice also encompasses advising companies on proactive strategies to prevent workplace issues, the firm said.

She joins from Reed Smith.
